I used to enjoy wading, usually in warmer weather but if I could find Waders for a 6'7" w/ size 15 foot... Anyway not interested in even the warmer water wading anymore. Thanks for sharing Mike

These look great. I needed a new set and didn't know when these would be available so I picked up some new g3s. We have great waders available to us, these Grudens, Simms, and the new Orvis pro are all great choices.
Absolutely! They just dropped. They do have a new zipper pair coming out pretty soon.

Would like to see a full review after getting in the water a few times. I plan on getting at least one more season out of my G3's and might have to try these next.

Hi Mike, on south side of south deer Island, there is a bay type area. Have you ever fished there, and if so how was it?
I used to fish over there often. Both from kayak and boat. Harder to do from a kayak now that they shit down 8 mike road but I’ve caught a lot of trout in that area. Be careful if you’re running the boat though. Those reefs are no joke.
Two question come to mind. First, what is you opinion about how they would feel in a kayak? Second, how easily can you slide the neoprene bootie off your foot?
They are very comfortable and I assume they would be great in a kayak. I’ve never been one to wear waders in a kayak but I’m sure they would feel fine. The bootie comes off pretty easy when you want it too. Haven’t actually tried it once they are wet but I’ll let you know as soon as I do.
Thanks for the feedback. I only wear waders in kayak when it is colder. And, I wear wading pants, not bibs.
Durable? Simms is made of gortex an they don’t last a season

They never hold up
I actually agree but I’ve also never had grundens waders and if the durability is anything like the rest of grundens gear, I’d be willing to bet these will hold up much better than we are used to.
