Dang Christian almost makes me want to give another crack at it lol. That’s exactly what happened to me had an injury came back, throwing harder, running faster but when it came to hitting, I kept trying to do what I did prior to injury and it just never click most frustrating thing ever. The body change therefore the swings probably not going to sync up like it used to so you have to make adjustments.Great podcast I enjoyed listening
