    These are excellent explanations, thank you! I'm a teacher and I'm giving a workshop on the eight limbs tomorrow and this has certainly given me some good and different perspectives or viewpoints. I really like your explanation of bramacharya. Always a tricky one!
    Btw, the world's population is pushing 7.8 billion at the moment but it won't be long before we're at 9 I'm sure :)

      The yamas and niyamas are common themes you will see repeated in all forms of spiritual practice, but it helps to study them directly to create a strong foundation for the other limbs 💪 thanks for taking the time to watch these videos! 😄

    I knew this since 6 the grade .and practiced. But later one I deviated from my path and now I m struggling to get back to this life style

      Yes! The 8 limbs of yoga Niyamas #2, and 2 wall techniques: the reverse elbow plank and the back kick sequence- hope those are helpful! A really interesting method for posterior chain strength is Foundation Training
