It's hard to assess how powerful Zelena is nowadays. I mean, as a mere baby, she saved her adoptive parents from a tree falling. Later on, she was given an amulet that amplified her power. Presumably, when the amujlet was removed, her power was reduced again but by how much? Based on the letter Rumple wrote to Cora, Zelena is more powerful than Cora, and Cora was able to shield herself from the Dark Curse. So either Zelena got weaker or Regina got stronger.
Well considering that Regina beat Zelena with powerful light magic, I think Zelena knows better now. Because Regina could easily pull it out again and blast her and possibly kill her.
This scene is even more funny for people from Czech Republic like me becouse in my language zelena is pronounced like zelená and it literaly means green. So in this scene she chooses name for her child that is a shade of her own name :)
