I listen to experimental ambient, noise, electronic genres. Should i buy a Kc2 or Lark? Or is there any better iems for these genres at the price range?
I'm using iem PVP PP planar, when I'm using 8 cores cables, it makes sounds awful. Losing the low sub. Then i change to 16cores which is give the low more power and details. Changing to 24 cores is going to upgrade that sector of sound,? Please advise
That is a big unknown question. I typically do exactly what you did, I try a few cables and pick the one that sounds best for me. There is no general rule that 24 cores will sound better than 16 or 8. Certainly it happens but I would certainly never recommend spending money on the 24 core since you had a better experience on the 16 core. I prefer to have a few choices of material than cores. The FAAEAL Hibiscus cable is 4 cores of quality copper alloy. The KBEAR Limpid is 4 cores of pure silver. NiceHCK is affordable high quality copper.

More air, little bit wider soundstage. The noticeable improvement is in high and low. The high become more clear, the low, bass is more tight and i think too tight, Then i change my eartips to jvc spiral dot++. And I don't know why it becomes sounds very nice for me. The bass get more power, the high got more controlled with little bump in mid sector. I just want get back to my 16cores tripowin cables, but when i change the eartips, this configuration become one of my favorite. So yes, this is a big mystery 🤣, but clear for me, this Kbear cable is worth your money with right configuration and depends on your taste of music. At least improvement YES

On most cables, the connectors weigh more than the cable. That one is listed at 2.39 ounces which includes the connectors. Basically 8, 16, and 24 core are all about the same thickness, just more material in the same space.
Actually no. If you look at your 16 core, the braid is pairs of 2 wires. The 24 core is almost exactly the same, just each braid is 3 wires. The KBEAR 16 cores are quite nice and I would pick up the expansion or new show if you really like the color scheme or need a replacement.
Why didn’t you test electrical resistance? I’m new to the channel and I saw one of your other video on kbear limpid pro, which you showed electrical resistance testing results. Just curious why didn’t you do the same for this video also about kbear cable.

@@link_skullkid9193 yes one of the bigger differences is KZ uses a V shaped sound, boosting low end upper end. This is fun and engaging but annoys some people. Blon is mostly boosted low end so a more natural sound. Yes, the blon is great but you will spend some time getting it to fit properly. Try your ZSN tips in the blon.

Yes. The connector on the KS1 is square, that is called TFZ if you want the angled connector. Otherwise just regular 2pin 0.78mm

To stay in KZ, either ZSX or ZAX. Since KZ hasn't released a new iem lately, you may want to wait for a bit.

The safe choice is the Faaeal hibiscus cable. Probably cheaper than 24 core and maybe the 16 core depending on which one you have in mind.
