  • Production per bird is very variable. It depends on the quality of birds and the level of management.
However, production of 240 to 280 eggs per lay period is good performance.
Under poor management, birds can produce as low as 180 eggs per bird, per lay period.
A lay period is normally 1-year.
On this episode, we have an expert guide on keeping layers from chicks to maturity.

I have stopped watching movies coz I am addicted to these kind of videos. In Africa we have the land and resources but all we think is white collar jobs and leave farming to the retires. It's high time as youths we joined forces and do farming

Smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ what’s up with the goofy 🙃 loud music at the beginning though! It spoiled the video for me; I was watching this at midnight with my family asleep, the loud sound/music when the video started woke everyone up🙆🏻‍♂️! Some CZcamsrs just don’t know how to incorporate attractive playback sound 😺
