I realize they can make safe nuclear power generators. But why would that be cheaper or better than solar with batteries?
I can’t imagine it will be price competitive any time soon. However, I assume it would be used in craters in the Moon’s south polar regions that never get sunlight.
Correct me if I’m wrong, however, solar and batteries will degrade over time. Nuclear will supply a constant base load supply 👍👍👍
