Nope. That process doesn't allow me to delete the Local Administrator Account. Also, be careful everyone. You could end up not getting back into Windows.

This didn't work. It actually added two new accounts on my startup called "SecAdmin" and it created a 2nd "Administrator" account and none of my passwords are working to login. I am worse off now that before.

@@ImBucks Reinstalling Windows would be your best bet at this point (Preferably a clean install through USB drive)
