But the truth behind this TRO is mind-blowing. Yes they do I suffer from PTSD and BPD I involved social workers myself when I found out I was pregnant just to get that extra support and to make sure I could cope with the hormones changes and the big life change and that I would be safe enough to be a mother. They were involved for 6 month on my request before signing me off and been fit enough to be a good mam. I think everyone who has mental health problems should reach out for that extra bit of support just to be safe for the child.

ABSOLUTELY AGREE! I was diagnosed BPD, severe depression, anxiety disorder! At that time I was really not able to tend to my kids. She seriously needs help! Thank Gosh I got help 7 years ago. When I got the diagnosis it was the first time I didn't feel crazy. If she would want to change and see her faults she could live a great life. This lady doesn't want help. She is absolutely the wildest human I've ever seen. I've always known Johnny innocent but now I see it! She should receive punishment for this mess. She IS THE ABUSER... HE CANT EVEN LOOK AT HER. MY GOD SHE IS ABUSIVE!
As horrible as this all is, it opens people's eyes that women can be JUST as "abusive" as they claim men to be.
I truly, I have seen SO many terrible crimes committed by humans, and this has got to be one of the worst cases I have ever seen in my life, because she operates so covertly and yet is SO destructive. She has spat on people, she has made Johnny suicidal on multiple occasions, she threatened her assistant Kate James' livelihood if she didn't make a false statement to the Australian government, she has physically abused Johnny, her sister, her ex-friend, Elon Musk, Tasya van Ree and god knows who else, she has perjured herself in Australia, UK and now US courts, she has blackmailed Johnny with the worst threats imaginable which she is now carrying out because he refused to give her multi-million dollar penthouses, a car and money for free, she's gotten so many people to lie for her, she has verbally abused Johnny, Kate and god knows who else, she has administratively abused Johnny since the divorce and will not stop, I mean the list just goes on and on and on to the point that it's like murder.
But most men will not report it because they fear they will be seen as unmanly.
Yes, just look at Jada pinkett puckett and maggot methane markle who have been mean from a young age but just got worse, now adding scamber turd to the list, all they see is money ! ...can't understand how someone can get pleasure from bringing such pain to people its horrible !!! Unless somethings done these ppl will NOT stop emotional abuse...the difference with scamber is that she's also physically abusive 😕 😔 😢
I hope we see more men come forward and be willing to be honest about the abuse they’re enduring! So proud of Johnnie for taking a stand!

Exactly. When you're being abused, especially to the extent that you fear for your life like she claimed. You would just leave. She wasn't forced to stay there, it threatened. The amount of times Johnny was away for work. She could have tipped the F out then.
So she waited until he was in another country, grieving his mother, and spending time with his child for her birthday to start this!! She’s beyond horrible, bitter and jealous of Johnny!
If my daughter had been repeatedly beaten by her husband to the point she needed a restraining order, I wouldn't end a text to her abuser with "love you, son"..... that tells you a lot about how much the mom believed her daughter.

This woman has made a mockery of the justice system here in the US and in the UK with such abuse. Not to mention all the victims out there that truly did suffer. It's people like this that make it hard for the real victims to be heard and believed. They should bring her up on charges of falsifying information and perjury she should be made to give back everything for it was all based on lies

So basically, that 'bruise' was NEVER seen by a Judge in order for her to get that TRO. AMAZING. Never knew that. The bruise was JUST for the photographers outside the building, which according to the TMZ guy, they were tipped off and TOLD which side of her face to focus their photography. If that doesn't represent conniving actions then nothing does.
I absolutely fear for her child....abusers dont just stop. You know when she leaves court after being hammered by Vasquez that she is raging and angry. I hope that precious baby isnt the focus of her abuse.

During her testimony, AH described in detail, how she covered her bruises. She also refered to having a bruise kit.
A professional make-up artist chimed in in the comments and pointed out that What AH described was how to create a bruise and that a bruise kit has exactly the right makeup to do the job.
That bruise she paraded around the day she got the TRO, but was gone the next day was nothing but makeup.

Truth. As soon as she started that description with, "obviously you put your concealer & foundation on 1st..." I was like ummmm if you cover the bruise with flesh tone then what good is color corrector? That would be how u make a bruise, not cover one. I'm shocked Camille didn't jump on that with a rebuttal makeup expert. And, of course she tried to save herself up there with, "obviously THIS isn't exact kit I carried with me" and, "well *I* call it my bruise kit". The 1st one to try & make up for the opening argument where even the damn makeup company pointed out the lie, and the 2nd to try to be proactive about the fact that many people actually know ehat a bruise kit is, and it's not some nickname she made up. From the very beginning w/ the color corrector & how fast that lie was jumped on, her lawyers should've just told her to suck it up & be honest. Better to admit u lied than to get caught in all ur lies & then still deny them on top of it

Go through all of the MeToo Claims. You'll find more of the claims than you'd think that were just using the movement to cover up their bad faith and lies, But the news didn't cover that part of any of them. Some of them were some pretty big cases.

Notice how as she walks out of the courthouse and is in the midst of the cameras, she suddenly and very deliberately flicks her head so the 'bruise' is facing the cameras?
She has no reason to turn her head that way since the car is VERY obviously in direction she was looking first. It's just like her on the stand when she's got the tissue up to her face to wipe away 'tears' and she notices a camera flashing, so she pauses holding the tissue for them to get her ideal snap.

Have you ever needed a restraining order? I have. It was a horrible season in my life in 2008-2009, and I didn’t go out for ANYTHING for months unless it was absolutely necessary…much less hang with a friend, all smiles, having fun…uhhh, no. This is so obviously fraudulent, diabolical, and planned by AMBER, and her alone.
And even if you DO go out anywhere you're constantly scanning the environment to see if your abuser is there, is he stalking you, barely breathing while you make sure he is not there. Getting back behind locked doors as quickly as you can. Amber hasn't got a clue.
What I find ridiculous is that turd went and got herself a restraining order, when Johnny was constantly trying to get away from her and on all those recordings, turd was trying to coax Johnny into staying!
I needed and got a restraining order. All i wanted is to be sure that person wouldn't contact me, wouldn't approach me, i just didnt want to have anything to do with the person anymore, i was scared i would be killed! I can't imagine making any demands other than to be sure i am just left alone! So what aber did doesn't ring true to me.

It's also very common for abusers to try and destroy the life of their ex under the false assumption that their ex will take them back if they no longer have a career, have lost their friends, are estranged from their family etc. They will try and frame it as "even though everybody abandoned you because you're such a shitty person I still love you, and you're lucky I still love you so don't you dare leave me because you will never have anything or anybody better"

I've said this before and I'll say it again, if he seriously "beat her" with "chunky rings", her face would look worse than a UFC fighter. UFC fighters get major swelling, bruising and even cuts, from getting hit with gloves that have padding. She would have had lacerations and scars. Her nose would have been disfigured. And her "injured" cheek would be more swollen than the opposite cheek. Her cheeks are too symmetrical.

As somebody who had to go to the cops to talk about a restraining order and knows that fear of a person who actually needed one… You don’t ask for anything else, if this person was actually abusing you, your focus is on staying alive and getting away, as quietly as possible. I secretly planned to run away from my abusive, violent parents & later moved across the country to get away from a violent stalker. I told the stalker I was moving in the opposite direction. My ex abused the process of the court in revenge for his domestic assault arrest. This continued for over ten years. Thank you Johnny for bringing this abuse of process to the public. My cases are pending and I'm confident that justice will prevail.
It's been beyond horrific!
The fact that she did this to him just after losing his mom, on his daughter's bday and finally during his premier, shows how bitter she was towards him. She wouldn't do this during her premiere, but didn't hesitate to do i to him is crazy. She needs to go see a psychiatrist/psychologist.

I definitely think she has the personality disorder that the Dr on the stand said she did . I don’t think there is any known type of medicine or anything that can help . Maybe with intensive therapy would help like you suggest. It’s so scary what these people can singlehandedly can do .

As a victim of DV and SA who had to seriously fight to get a protective order against my ex despite him legitimately telling police he planned to kill me…it’s just so insane. She is awful, abused things to try to get what she wanted and abuse him even further while people like me without fancy lawyers can’t even get the protection they actually need.
I certainly hope Depp's legal team will present all this stuff.

There was a witness her agent or pr person who testified said she robo called him and he gave in to her plea to organize s secret meet with JD to talk an extreme necessity, there was an order of protection that she had on JD and the agent arranged for them to meet at his friend's house who would not be home JD and his assoc complied and hours at the home they were requested to leave as the home owner was returning, hence, then did not end that meeting the agent/pr indicated he took her AH and JD went separately to avoid being noticed together to a hotel under the agent/pr's name and he said they all waited down stairs in lobby area for both AH & JD who he claims ended up arguing to near 4am that he told in this trial. I question how horrible that was to even think to align two people that combative with substance abuse issues and alcohol along with rx meds. I question anyone sober and a friend or agent to lose moral code like. You would expect that behavior from some teenagers not adults. But this industry it seems second nature part of the territory. As a former DV advocate and educator, I can tell you that, not ONLY do bruises NOT heal over a 24 hour period, they will actually continue to get darker for anywhere from 2 to 4 days after the injury.

You don’t understand what those relationships are like. Look at peoples parents and you’ll see their personalities. Johnny grew trying to be “the calm” for his mom. He knows how to listen to and cater to a woman. Men tend to fight more physically, women tend tend to be far more psychologically abusive to each other and to their partners. Ex. It’s pretty common for all of us to know of a woman who can “push tears” on a seconds notice to get what they want. Now to a man that’s taught to take care of a woman things like tears and crying hysterically ruin us inside bc we start to believe we caused them to be that way. Now after years of dealing with someone like that, you are forced to give, give, give give into them….you give a part of your persona and your dignity/identity to try and help settle this person….but this person is a self sabotaging (and others) never filling funnel of emotional turmoil. They are never happy/satisfied and will NEVER take accountability for their actions. So they sabotage their partner at every tiny detail in their life (whether they notice or not), the partner of years becomes exhausted, frantically trying to keep their life from crumbling bc it’s almost as if their worst enemy knows every one of their vulnerabilities, insecurities, and next moves….and it’s because they do. The person who has been crying for help giving them glimpses of trying to “go back to the way things were” and smiling in their face telling them they love them and need them, has been wearing a mask of deceit the entire time. That person never existed, they were simply mirroring their partner long enough to win their trust, the entire time setting them up for the ultimate betrayal in the end. Bc to them, they can’t control their emotions, so instead they trigger their partners and manipulate them so much that by controlling them they get a sense of validation and superiority. They are never happy and feel they were robbed of it. So the only thing that makes them “feel” anything and warm them inside is stealing the happiness of others. They will fill you with love and absolutely gut you in the end. And the worst part is, you will let them. Bc they figure out what you want/love language. Johnny catered to his mother, he wants to be of use and valuable to his woman and give her whatever she wants. So what did Amber do? Gained his trust and love, then pretended to not be happy or satisfied, so he kept giving and giving thinking all she needed was more love and anything she wanted….he “emptied” himself emotionally…..only for her to purposely be plotting to leave. They will have you do all the investment emotionally, then trigger you so much, that you begin to react bc this person is hurting you, and that’s what they wanted…bc they will use your reactions as justification to put that final backstabbing event into you and frame you to be shamed and discredited by the public.Ta-dah. Their masterpiece. They have taken an individual that people thought of as great and amazing and absolutely destroyed them intentionally while still making them out to look like the bad guy and themselves the victim. That’s the “love psychopath”, the BPD.

This happened to my son some years ago. The rancher he was working for 110 miles away from her told the police when they came to arrest him that he was in fact on the ranch working during that time. They left without taking him in. As a mother I was in a rage then and hope we never run into each other.

In my 14 year marriage with a sociopathic narcissistic (diagnosed by a therapist) i wasn't even abused to the caliber of what amber "claims" and I still gave him everything.. he got the house, everything in the house, the pets, the cars, the business.. I’ve tried to cover bruises with makeup, and it has never worked like THAT! There is always going to be some colour coming through. As for cuts….You don’t put makeup on a scrape or a cut. Concealer and cream or powder, do not work! All they do is make an even bigger mess of your face!

I was a victim of physical and emotional abuse for many years and kept it from many and put on a happy face for family -except for two friends who knew all he did to me. I finally had the courage to file for divorce and obtain a protection order against my ex as he threatened again to kill me. So I hire an attorney and document to him all the specific abuse incidents which were noted in the filing and I go to both my deceased parents to show them I am filing for divorce and the reasons why and my dad was very upset with my ex and so sorry for all I went through as I never disclosed to them the horror of him. However, my ex is an extreme manipulator and habitual liar who lies so much that he believes his lies (yes, he told me this). He went to my parents' house telling them 'my reasons for divorce are all lies and my own father turned against me as he thought I was fabricating. He just continued to love my abusive ex. My own father refused to see me or his two grandchildren and would call my ex and invite him over for dinner as my ex continued his mental abuse toward me in many ways. My father went to his grave without seeing his daughter or grandchildren for years as he closed us out and loved the abuser.

A lot of previously credible media outlets are destroying themselves over this story right now. Heard no doubt has paid PR out there trying to push more of her bs, but some outlets are genuinely uninformed or just incapable of defying the "MeToo" group-think even though the majority of people can see Heard is lying.

Being that he was in Spain, he only got 12 hours of notice. But, a TRO is almost always granted. The other party can’t defend/respond til 90 days later. Agreed, there was no need for her to be at the court. And man, did she let herself go!

When I was actually scared for my life, it took a police officer advising me to get a restraining order (after having to call them because I was being stalked) to get one. I was so nervous my ex would see me, I was trying to stay hidden from everyone. It would have been a dream if my ex had been in another country!
On top of that, when I escaped, I didn’t want anything but my wallet. My safety was so much more important than a car, house, clothes, etc… I’ve had to rebuild my life from nothing but you know what?

Exactly! I'm so glad you're safe and free now. My mom and I when we left our abusive husband's. We did it when they were at work, for our safety. My mom's ex husband would have beaten her. My ex you wouldn't know what you would get. When we both filed for divorce we could have gotten alimony. But you know what we didn't want that. We just wanted out and no ties to keep them in our lives in any way shape or form. I'm just glad that my mom found her courage and strength to get out. Because she seen me getting out of mine and didn't feel weak or alone in it anymore.

If the lawyers didn't defend liars, they would be giving up most of their income. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just mentioning their motivation.

@@kingcosworth2643 i get what you are saying but as the saying goes, there is honor among thieves. With thats said, there are rules and code of ethics and conduct in every profession and some of those sound like it was violated on AH legal team's part. Js

thinking about it now, I think it's really obvious when a spouse is being abused..not so much men because they are too ashamed to admit their wife is hitting them. I think what we're looking at is whether the justice system is fair or not. We know it's not. defence scumbag lawyers twist everything. Every allegation she made against Johnny is what he alleged against her. She's a psychopath and her lawyers are greedy for the money and the future business they will get with the fame of them winning an impossible case..example:Casey Anthony's lawyer Diaz who gained everything from twisting the truth and using the strong tactic of serial abuse from the poor Dad who was writhing in grief
