Bloody hell, both of those guys going down seemed so lucky they weren't hit on the ground by the bike behind!

How did he go down? Used a bit of the front brake perhaps? Did your wheels touch at 10:43? What are the LEDs for?

Hi Dude, sorry for a very long delay in a replying, but the Leds are the Fork extension, in binary expresing if I remember correctly 4mm compression. when no L E Ds are on the front wheel is off the ground.

I own an nc29 & am looking to upgrade my front suspension for progressive springs for road use. Any ideas?

Look up Racetech spring rate search
      www.racetech.com/VehicleSearch
Your bike standard is about 56kg/mm
If you weigh 75kg they recomend an 80kg/mm linear spring for simple street riding. I cant think of any reason why youd use a progressive if you match springs to the bike and you .
Cbr600f rear shock also a good upgrade. Get a matched spring....

tham evans Cheers for the advice. I know next to nothing about suspension set up etc, having never been on a track. I have already upgraded the rear to a 600 shock. It is a YSS item so I'm not sure what spring is on there. Front brakes are NC30 as are the sliders. Just need the internals sorting. Cheers.

Hi I used to go out on a group ride IN THE 90S LOL:)(TO Matlock bath every weekend) with FZR 400EXUP/CBR400BANANA SWING ARM, GSXR SACS,ZXR 250, TZR 250,aprillia 250 I forget the specs but it was nice and me on my superb VF400 but I have to say the CBR and the FZR always seemed to be in the right gear or a gear above me, as for the other two strokers if I put the power down steady through the bends I was a gear above them and my mate tried to overtake me once on his TZR 250 and hit the rev limit and we all laughed as his bike dived and spluttered:) please don`t make me cry as I am now middle-aged and when I power through a bend and have to brake because a biker still thinks he is in the car I realise my mortality! and BACK OFF :)
I miss those days and wish everybody on two wheels a safe and pleasant journey, be safe fellow bikers.
PS as I have grown older and wiser I still admire the true accuracy of horse shit on the racing line!
