    Books ke rattafication se medicine kbhi nhi seekh skte .. doctory is all about perfect application of bookish knowledge on patient but it comes only by seeing cases or presenting cases. huge respect to PROFESSORS,Seniors who r real hero behind a junior doctor

    At what level of haemoglobin in g/ dl you are worried of haemodilution and how much amount of IV fluid you are supposed to give if their is no available blood for transfusion

      There is no worry about hemodilution if there is hemodynamic compromise... Stabilizing BP is the priority, map 65 should be the target.. Not normal BP (permissive hypotension)
