Up to how many mm of space can be created in the upper arch with ipr? My ortho says I need 8-9 mm of space for my overcrowding/one high canine. I’m afraid of 4 extractions even tho he recommends it and it will make about 15mm of space. Please help!

My crowding has pushed some of my front teeth (both arches) forward due to them not having any space. But I don’t have protrusive teeth can they still procline my teeth or not?
Because I think if they do my teeth that have been pushed forward at a certain angle because of the crowding it would push the teeth out of the bone.
