- How to crochet easy round lace doily placemat step by step tutorial.
The doily measures approx. 33 cm (13 inches) in diameter.
Materials used:
Sport weight yarn. I used Nako Fiore 25% linen, 35% cotton, 40% bamboo viscose yarn. 40 grams (120 meters approx.) of yarn needed for this pattern.

I started this yesterday but with a 80% cotton dk (100g) and a 4mm hook. It turned out perfectly and I have just a little yarn leftover. I’ve put it on a small table and I love it. Thanks so much.

You can try this: after every round put you work down on a bed and gently smooth it out with outwards strokes .after some time it takes perfect shape
