Hi! This is a great tutorial! Thank you. I received seeds and am seeing some sprouts. Can you please list the ingredients in your soil mixture? I’m hoping to have plants to share with family and friends in April - for Easter
Disculpa podrías decirme cuál es la diferencia con la obconica? Las veo iguales
Hi, Do you start with just a cotton pad in container and once the seeds sprout you move the cotton pad to soil pot?
Hi Joann, yes that's what I did but make sure to use a thin layer of cotton.
Hello! Do you know the best season to sow these seeds? I just ordered a few, but i don't know if it's better to sow them now or wait for autumn where there is more low temperature. Thank you!
Hi Erick! Sorry for the late reply. They are winter grower so it is best to sow them during fall/autumn season or early spring.
@@berneebee I did them in fall and they died off …
Hello, I was wondering if you used a grow light. If so, how long for each day? Thanks
Hi sedumzz, yes! For 8 hrs
What is the distance that the seeds should be to grow light?
water only once a month ?
hi sdq, I think that would be applicable during their dormancy
While on cotton pad stage how often do you wet the cotton does it have to be moist daily or allow to dry out?
Hi Keri, you just need to maintain the moisture in the cotton pad and in your container. But not too wet (it will get soggy & die) and not to dry (the seedlings will dry out ).
Hi everyone! I posted an update of my little bunnies. Don't forget to check it out.

Hi. How long after germination should I move the cotton pad to the soil pot? Thanks.
Hi Neil, you can transfer them to the soil once they sprout
@@berneebee Thank you. I’ve just transferred them. Hopefully they’ll be ok!

Did you use normal water? And where did you get your information from ?
Hi Perla, I used tap water but I let it sit overnight before using. All the info on the video are based from my experience and also from different resources I found online 😊
How long do you keep the covers on after the germination?
Hi Irva, you can totally take out the covers once they starts to grow their second leaves. But I suggest that you slowly introduce airflow once you see them sprout.
Does it also apply to other Succulents?
@@irvacristilfernandez4396Based on my experience, Yes! because if you keep them covered way too long they will rot especially if there is too much condensation.
Mine look sad with yellow leaves.
Hi Bridget, there are times they looked like that. Yellowish... seems like its over watered but based from my experience they are just shredding their old leaves.
what kind of growlight do you use ?
Hi Skekina, I use Barrina T5.
Can they grow in the tropics?
Hi! they can probably grow in tropics if you can regulate the temperature where you place them. They like colder weather/temperature and goes dormant during summer.
Do you have to secure permits from BPI if you buy seeds from etsy?
Hi! I think you need permits to buy seeds from other countries. But it depends, some seller on etsy ships to different countries and they are the one who secures the permits. Better contact the seller though 😊
@@berneebee Hi again! May I know where are you based?
@@jessaminerefuerzo4393 Hi, I am based here in Canada 😊
@@berneebee I see. Thank you! 🙂
