The locomotive in the thumbnail has the same paint scheme as the New Hope & Ivyland RR

That New Haven F9 looked gorgeous. The plow, that’s awesome, something you’ll rarely see, let alone in action. The Bay Line Caboose, wow, that thing looked good, that GP9 was in awesome shape. Great tour here Pappy 👍🏼😎🇺🇸

Awesome snow plough A similar look to ours at first but yours are a lot bigger. I only ever saw two being used and got a test run on video a few years ago
I only see the plows in use in videos, never in person, but have seen a lot just sitting in person.. so glad you enjoyed. Always appreciate you watching
@@TriGogglin The snow has to be around a foot deep before the plough touches it. Ours was around 18 inches deep that year so only really skimming the top off, it had been sent out to clear a drift in a cutting, so I can't say I saw anything spectacular like you see on videos but still happy I saw what I did. Not sure how many we have left and now the climate has changed there is not much snow here anymore. Two are based in York, one of those is kept by a bridge I go to to see steam locomotives being turned.
The New Haven locomotive is a EMD FL9.
