Kamek is best dad to Bowser and best grandpa to Bowser Jr.
I always thought it was an interesting little tidbit, in the Mario plus rabbits game.
I really like the idea of Kamek acting like a dad to bowser. He may be an evil wizard who took and raised a soon to be villain, but he still treated him like a son, and even tries to help raise jr every now and then. So any comic where kamek is a grandpa is an instant win to me.
The way you saw kamek hold his arm and stop for a second when Junior asked makes me think it wasnt the best relationship
The description of bowser saying “I don’t know” and then continuing to eat really hits because those are some complex feelings for a guy who really wants to look tough to handle.

I love how even though he knows and acknowledges that Kamek isn’t his grandfather he still calls him “Pop”.
The bowser jr voice is very good
If we go by the logic that every generation gets less and less evil. Then Bowser Sr. Was probably a cruel tyrant. Possibly overthrown by his own subjects.
Bowser jr being a very talented mechanic is kinda funny to me but i love it
