Thanks for video Lars, good as always. One smal tip. When you try to select many small surfaces best way is use to push left mouse button and drag. There are two different types of selection rectangles. If you drag from left to right (orange rectangle apear) it select everything what have all parts inside that rectangle. Usefull for things like you are showing on video. If you drag from right to left(yellow rectangle appear) selection is everything what even touch partly inside the rectangle. Probably you know it but maybe for some your followers could be helpful.

I spent the afternoon trying to do the same thing. If I try to extrude a triangle from a rectangle face, the rectangle disappears. I’m starting to understand why it called confusion 360. I am a new user so I’m drinking from the fire hose. Understand that I learned to draw with a parallel rule, compass and triangles in 1979. Taught myself basic AutoCad in the 80’s. Now I’m using Fusion for covering my normal hair color sections with gray to match the rest. 😂

Yeah, that was a good one. :)
Really because it explains the internal working or logic of Fusion, and we can apply it to probably other things.
P.S. I like your tee shirt... lol

Hi Lars, I love your videos, they are so helpful and informative. Did you ever do something outlining the difference between SolidWorks and Fusion as far as not only pricing, but ease of use, products, and other areas that you need to pay for separately in SolidWorks? I am looking at getting the Fusion Eagle package just so I can add PCB to my areas of work in my hobbies, and Fusion offers a free package while SolidWorks does not have anything like this in their programs. It seems that Fusion is a hell of a lot easier to work with than SolidWorks, but I would really appreciate your take on what programs you like and dislike. Thank you so much.

    Nice Video!
❓ Is there a way in Fusion360 to easily make an extrude from two sketch-faces which are rectangular to each other?
I have a furniture and made 2 sketches (one in top-view and one in front-view) with a lot of faces.
It would be really helpful if there is a way to make bodies from where those faces would intersect. (Without the need of extrude both faces very long, make a combine-intersect afterwords and delete the not needed bodies. Because there are a lot of bodies to create this way and this would take too long!)
I hope my idea is clear what and why I want to do that.
    Thank you very much!

    Hey Lars,
Can you do a video importing dwg? 3d into 360 and what needs to be done to use that 3d model or even if it is possible to do so? Thanks

You can upload your model into the Projects folder. It works well with DWG, SolidWorks files and other types.
Or, with latest update, you can just open the file in the File->Open menu.
