Man...when you really go back and look into the numbers and history, It really puts into perspective how great guys like GSP and Demetrious Johnson really are. Especially because they NEVER popped. And the fact that DJ is still adding to his resume
DJ is doing side quests now. Becoming a BJJ world champion and such
Demetrious isn't even top-20 of all-time because flyweight is easily the worst division in the sport and pretending that 11 title defenses there is anywhere close to what Jon Jones, GSP, or Anderson accomplished is a total false equivalency.

well he was right about Fedor. Fedor stopped fighting top level competition consistently after 2005. He was hand picking all his fights and fighting plenty of cans with a few tough fights sprinkled in between. He lost to guys that he fought to avoid the UFC. Yes GSP is the GOAT and Dana is being petty here, but let's not blame him for everything. He was right about Fedor
Leon gets 2-3 more defense and we will start saying he's the greatest, it's just insane how the community have a goldfish memory.

I don't respectfully disagree. His take is damn nuts
If Dana were just a fan, I could respect his opinion, albeit a delusional one, as his opinion, but considering he’s the president of the company, it concerns me; Dana is not looking at fighters objectively.
Of course he doesn't look at fighters objectively, he literally tried to give Shavkat a title shot based on a win over Thompson, meanwhile Belal beat Thompson, and 3 top 10 fighters since then, and can't even sniff a title shot. Dana is turning this into the WWE.
I just got done watching that podcast. It was really refreshing to see a deeper more genuine look into Dana and hear them talk about things in a manner different than any other way we see or hear from Dana.
