I’m a soon to be Mom in October, late in life, and your advice is the best. Direct, no BS, I love it. Its useful for the young mamas and the moms like me who’ll be the oldest mom in yoga pants at the play date.
Amazon offers 2 sets of the 15% off completion discount, which is amazing because I feel like I didn't get everything I needed on my first batch of purchases. Also, I was price comparing some items from Target and Amazon to Walmart and most mommy care postpartum essentials are 50% off or more at Walmart so it beats the 15% off completion of Target and Amazon. I'm really loving Walmart for all the mommy care needs. Such big bargains on post partum underwear, robes, breast pump bras, anti slip socks, ect... in comparison to Target and Amazon.
January 2023: freebie bags aren’t what they used to be. Between Covid supply issues and babies continuing to boom the Buy Buy Baby bag consisted of: an expired wipe, expired diaper cream, expired coupons, nearly expired baby lotion, probably expired belly cream (no date printed), but an awesome 4oz Dr Brown Bottle and a MAM pacifier.
Amazon: I had to put in a tech support ticket with Amazon to get a bag delivered (all of my friends have struggled to get one as well), it’s on the way.
Target: And Target has been out of bags for months in store and online.

A pro to add: I love Babylist for their articles that are topical like: all things strollers, all things cribs, minimalism, first time mom ideas, and other themed ones that help you compare pros and cons of their picks. Of course, it depends if their picks are in your price range but it's very generous in inside scoop on the usability of items which has helped me rule out all the stuff I don't really need.

I had my baby in 2020 and your videos saved me hundreds just in registry purchases! Let alone the awesome advice (no crib, useless baby items etc. ) saving me time, money and sanity!
Amazon has a 365 day return policy for anything that is gifted to you from your registry, but if the registry owner buys them it's a 90 day return policy. I had just read that the other day and though that was pretty amazing!
Yes! I’ve started getting gifts from my Amazon registry and the gift receipts say 365 day returns!
You can return Amazon items at the UPS store the same way you do at kohls. No packing, etc.
For me, Baby List is totally worth it just for the box. Even with shipping, and a minimal purchase (which I ended up returning, so I just paid shipping) the box has better stuff than any other box I got (I got Target, Amazon, Walmart, and Noobie Box). Sadly, I don’t have a Buy Buy Baby in my state and their site said their freebie box is pick up only.
Amazon requires a minimal purchase as well, but I got my Diaper Backpack on Black Friday for a great deal!
I shared my Amazon registry, but my Target registry is pretty fleshed out for the completion discount!

Back in June of last year, Amazon made required $10 worth of things to be bought off of your registry before you could get the box. Still the best box I got. Love your video!
I ended up adding something to my registry that I needed to buy anyways (not even baby related) so it worked out great
Same as of today (1/25/21). I did the same as Chelsea (above) and just added some other items I needed.
I had Babylist for my first child and a majority of people were complaining about how complex it was 😩 I thought I was making it easier to give them store options and price comparisons. Wished I knew about the Amazon assistant and that Target is universal.

TARGET IS YOUR GO TO. If you need the budget of walmart, you can add walmart items to your target registry since it’s universal!

You can make returns for amazon by selecting a local ups store most times you dont have to pack it, having FedEx come get it but you have to pack it I think, or going to the Amazon warehouse think. I mainly just drop off at ups.
21:28 I think the other sites do this better. Other sites allow the contribution to collect in the form of a gift card, while with BL only tells gift givers that's you'd prefer your money in cash (when they see you) or as a check they can mail. I prefer other sites for this. Plus, it's not clear whether BL requires your givers to have a PP account

Something to add to about the walmart registry, since they reformed it, you or your gifters can no longer print the registery at customer service, you're suppose to be able to scan your receipt through the registry on the app and it take it off the registry however it's a bit glitchy and I'm not sure if they've worked that out yet.

You have to spend $500 on your Amazon registry in order to get the 20% diaper discount but you can save buckets of money when you use that discount when diapers are on sale. I think there's a limit of how much you can save but I don't think most ppl will max it out. I love the diaper discount combined with a 20% off subscribe offer (that's almost half off!). Rare. But I can get brand name diapers for store brand prices sometimes, especially luvs (not my favorite bc they're scented but sorry baby, I can't argue with the price). I'll cancel the subscription afterwards (hey I'm here for a deal not loyalty, we're in a recession).

Imma have a boy 2moro at 7a.m. Amazon sent me girl stuff. And babylist had me buy their over priced items after making a registry just to tell me they are out of free boxes.

Question, can you receive a second box from Walmart? I got one for my second baby, but I tried signing up for my third baby and they stated that their records show that I already signed up for a box. Did anyone go through this too?
I'm getting frustrated with creating my babylist registry- may abandon altogether. Very limited group giving and the items it is available on didnt seem to be the cheapest.

Is the Amazon baby box now $35? I’ve hit all my requirements for creating my registry and it says I can claim the offer but it wants $35

The coupons in the gift bags are garbage. Most of them you have to pay an absurd amount of shipping to make up for the “coupon” you used
