I remember seeing the Southern Cross when I was on Kauai in 2003. Although I had been in Hawaii a few times before this, I don't believe I had even looked for it. When you see the Southern Cross for the first time....you don't forget that moment. I called my Mom at that moment because we had had a conversation about the Southern Cross sometime before that. She was elderly and was travelling very little, so I knew she would never see the Southern Cross. So, at that moment, I was experiencing it for both of us. Thanks for your music!
