The idea and your image are very good but I've tried five times and it keeps changing my face to something completely different (into a very different person with weird, unattractive results. Doesn't work too well. Good video anyway - the theory is good, but the practical application needs some work.
When i click on contextual task bar The bar appear with select subject and remove background when i select subject and give command the AI generated another picture what to do now

Yes it is easy to overdo do it when it comes to skin retouching. I think it’s important to keep it subtle so it doesn’t look unrealistic. If you remove everything but the skin pores it looks unnatural.

Try again. It will work. Make sure check quick mask options. Set it to masked areas.
