For those of you asking about alternatives for sinful spoils, id recommend playing 3 prosp, a one for one, and a third sanctuary. Not nearly on the same level as the sinful stuff, but it doesnt hold your ceiling back like nadir servant. Also please run sunlight wolf and almiraj, sunlight wolf cycles kirin back to allow further plays on the opp’s turn whrn you use it off garunix for extension, it’s super free. Almiraj coincides with ponix arvata lines as you’re able to make Sunlight wolf easier and get ponix in gy for arvata. Also allows you to end on kirin in hand, arvata, and heatsoul for the ponix and arvata line.
why is everyone saying Nadir Servant holds your ceiling back? Genuinely curious since it's been working fantastically for me - I'm running Fleurdelis for the extra negate and more toolbox pieces in the extra deck like N'tss and Wind Pegasus but it's been nothing short of amazing
@@cyrianhunt because you cant sunlight wolf to fetch back kirin, you cant heatsoul for more handtraps and cant ip into sp. You limit what you can cycle with your fire kings and you cant make use of arvata as a negate as all your consistency outlets are normal summon ponix. Also running fleur is just more bricks, but you do you. You cant arvata and on top of that, explode with your deck and make other forms of removal like sp so you can keep up with unchained or tear

Is it possible to play a different engine with Fire Kings? I'm considering Dogmatika since I'm on the broke side... Anyway, I love the video and am glad to hear the house isn't falling apart
Seems to me Tri-Brigade is a solid engine to play with them. Two of them (Kitt and Fraktall) are fires + Fraktall is a beast warrior, so it can be searched off of Tenkyi. Also, popping Kitt from deck is pretty good because it gets the entire Tri-Brigade engine started. Every card in the archetype is incredibly cheap too
With the addition of poplus and bonfire will the snake eyes ratios be someting like 3x ash, 3x poplus, 3x bonfire, 1 dragon, 1 oak, 1 birch in the fire king deck? Im currently playing snake eyes and am probably picking up the fore king decks so some advice on ratios would be great.
Probably cut bonfire to 2 because it get ash pretty easily so you don't wanna see it all the time and poplus is 1 or 2 of other than that the ratio is good
@@breadwinner92id argue 3 bonfire is better than more copies of ash as you can maintain your normal summon for arvata as much as possible and have bonfire just search populus to extend it and be insulated. Imo, going for more ways to start without your normal so arvata can be that normal summon is better than maxing on normal summon starters that die to 1 handtrap and has less wiggle room to extend with

You have to ask yourself "What am I gonna do with multiple Diabellstar on hand?". Even with the Phantom Nightmare Support in OCG they still only run 1 Diabellstar.
@willytonjc I mean they're clearly playing 3 of her as a way to okay the engine on a budget, I say go for it. No different than opening 3 wanted, only slightly worse

Because I don’t want to invest into the snake eye cards until populus (post phantom nightmare) is part of the deck. Then Snake Eye ash would be an Insane combo!!
I don't have a raging Phoenix plus I'm a bit apprehensive about using Zeus so I replaced dingirsu and filled those slots with Hope harbinger, draglubion and numerous dragon.
What do we think about Prosp in the deck? or one for one, or even horus cards, to dish out a lv8 harbenger , theres so many options im having a hard time building my deck LOL
again it's not meta people and two just Droll and lock bird it and or hit the grave plus the sinful spoil engine is the problem part but other then that it's decent

I am a fan of decks that can have power in both the main and extra deck.
Then by that Race is the strongest deck in modern yugioh.
in the first 2 card combo - if you make Almiraj *before* using FK Island, you can end on what he showed PLUS the Arvata on field for an extra negate

Combo wise focus more on the first 2 and consider using nadir servant as a way to setup draws etc and just leave arvata on the field

I don't think Birch and Oak are being played on Fire King decks in OCG. Only 3 ash, 1 or 2 populus and 1 flamberg plus 3 bonfire

Yes, yes there is, dogmatika, tri brigade or both very budget friendly options!
The first 2 combos are viable for any build the alternative combos will require research with their respective engines

I’d say Rivalry since it’s a mono deck, evenly for going second etc. I feel like it just depends what you’re trying to do.
