Monster Ribeyes Cooked On The Weber Kettle With A Grill Grate insert

These are some monster 1 1/2lb bone in ribeyes steaks reverse seared to perfection on my Weber Kettle using a Grill Grate bottom side for a complete sear. I seasoned these with Kosmo's Q hot Cow Cover and Fresh ground black pepper. So sit back relax and enjoy these juicy tender and delicious ribeye steaks.
