Every leader has something, try all of them and play with the one you like the most
Cutter is forsure the best for pro players. He can end the game in tech 1 and super early tech 2. But in general ship master, atriox, cutter and decimus are the best. Forge, Johnson, and hunter captain are a tier below them. Yapyap is amazing too but he unstoppable late game with a good player. So it's really all boils down to what mode your playing and synergy with other teammates
