Best way to beat Phantoms is Air. Not many Arby players willing to outfit Grunts in the transports. He's already spending a-lot of power on Hunters so may not have Reavers.

I'll tell you why the external drives are cheaper. They can get away with selling worse drives since you won't see what kind it is. They usually put the lowest tier drives in and even use 5400rpm drives, which have even lower speeds than normal hard drives. The rated lifetime on them is usually the lowest which is really bad for a Nas
arbiter's phantom are shite against air units though, especially since peeps put hunters, rangers and enforcers in it mostly. So easy to counter with mass air. What do you guys do against that when it happens? just add in a ton of reavers? or grunts maybe?
Yeah exactly! You can mix in Grunts and Reavers + Engineers, but also utilize the stacks of Conduit of Rage against AA. Stasis will help a lot as well!
I love Arby his entire kit is a delicacy and the phantoms pack with troops in air instead of ground is unmatched
