A show stopping new introduction which has unique burgundy-purple flowers. Most importantly it was bred for its ability to re-bloom through the summer-buds just keep on poppin up!
It’s evergreen but withstands some frost to -5C which is perfect for pots or borders and it reaches 60cm in height!
It was due to be launched and entered into the Plant of the Year awards at Chelsea Flower Show 2020.
Bred by de Wet breeders in South Africa, Poppin Purple is the new Agapanthus everyone is talking about!
