    Those expressions sound so much British and polite!
    I will use them when I talk to my husband (who is Kiwi) since I quite often offend his feelings by me saying things too straight and bluntly.

    Salamat in Filipino/Tagalog. We sometime say, “Salamat + po” - Salamat po (PO - is like manner or we use this as respect)
