    Ingredients :

    - Warm water: 1 1/4 cups (about 300 milliliters)
    - Dry yeast: 2 1/4 teaspoons (one packet)
    - Honey or sugar: 2 tablespoons
    - Olive oil or any other vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
    - Salt: 2 teaspoons
    Instructions :
    1. Activating the yeast:
    - In a small bowl, mix warm water (not hot) with honey or sugar.
    - Add the dry yeast to the water and honey mixture and stir well.
    - Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until the yeast is activated and bubbly.
    2. Mixing the ingredients:
    - In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and salt.
