Hi , I bought a month ago and we didn’t calibrate before we used, is this ok? Or still I can calibrate even we have used already? And also about eco drum clean , the manual said the water temp won’t be change, but our water is hot already due to summer season , it’s really hot, so am afraid if I clean the washing machine it will be overheat, pls advise, thanks.

@@ShoaibAly6 It's still using the belt but the motor is WAY quieter and better. A lot of people confused at this and thinking that's its still using the conventional way. Samsung just want to be at their own design.
Read the manual over and over again if you do not grasp its operations . I have been using this machine since two years and it gives absolutely fabulous results.
Please provide me the name with specific label of the water connector with filter attached to the coupling in the water pipe.. Where can we buy it? I’m going to replace the connector supplied in the unit upon purchase. Anticipating your reply, thanks.

Keep the heavy cloths first and keep light cloths gradually. Make sure whether washing machine is fixed on the floor or not.
