I love that you mention about no judgement. Sustainable living looks different for everyone and there's no 'right' or 'wrong', I promote sustainable living without judgement too :)

Hi there, I'm a research ecologist who specializes in plant science and energy and nutriend cycling. There is much more nuance to whether conventional or organic farming is more sustainable. Imo, organic isn't necessarily the answer, at least not stand alone or with its current legal standards. There is also more nuance to animal ag as well. For most people, reducing animal product intake is indeed more sustainable, but that is certainly not the case for certain communities in certain ecosystems with proper land management practices. If you're interested in specifics, I'd love to talk to you about it!

Great video (comme souvent!). From our side (some are basics): less meat, looking at the origin of a fruit/vegetable, second hand clothes or new but durable clothes... And in general, aiming at becoming minimalists, I do think that doing with less facilitates a sustainable living as a basis.

Less meat and less dairy (although I still can’t cut cheese - might never 🧀😄) for me. Thanks for your great tips 🙏
