Can you y’all make a video about spring sag and how to properly adjust back to ride height? Seems like a common issues on KRX’s. Or if you sell a spring kit. That would be great.
How much of an improvement did you see with the springs and then the RIS? Once done can the General handle some difficult terrain at a descent speed? I know it will never be a RZR XP, but I would think the suspension work would make it much more capable and more comparable to a RZR than say a Ranger. Totally different vehicles, would just hope the suspension work would push more towards a RZR ability.
Noticed that where she measured the front bridge (2:39) is different from the rear (7:41). Should those be the measured from the same spots on the bridge all the way around or is the front and rear different like she measured? I think my xp 4 general will need this set up.
They should be different. It’s just about using the easy spot with the tape off the pre load but. Even if it was done wrong it’s only a 1/4” and usually we will adjust that much one way or the other anyway. I would follow the instructions and use the different spots. Thx for catching that
Noticed the same thing and was going to comment but wanted to check if someone else had noticed before doubling up. Just have to pay more attention on your own vehicle and double check the settings. Hopefully more more attention to detail on internals. They have my shocks right now.
I don't have don't have shock therapy Springs yet on my General XP4. But the question I have is about the Springs being 180゚ to each other. My Springs have turned and they are no longer 180 to each other. Im assuming this is from whoops at the dunes. Is this a common problem with all Springs or does your Spring somehow prevent that from happening and also what would you recommend for a good Spring compressor in a home shop
We use jack tech compressors. Best one. Your springs typically don’t move on the divider after install. With your General jacked up two guys can usually twist them into position on the UTV. 👍🏼
How do you determine ride height if you have already changed tire size? I am running 32 inch tires, so do I just add an inch to your measurements to compensate for the additional inch of rubber?
I don’t have a General and I’m not buying springs...but I watched every minute of this video!
same
It looks like Lauren has great mechanical skills to go along with her organizational skills
How does she stay so clean? No matter how new the vehicle or how much I clean it I end up covered! Top notch!
NEED TO HAVE LOREN DO ALL THE DEMOS !
Man I'd love to have a spring compressor like that.

Hi. Loren can you install my springs on my new General XP. 😉

Cool thank you for clearing that up.

Hello! What brand spring compressor is that? I will be ordering a spring kit for my 21 RZR soon and want to be ready! THANK YOU!
Jack Tech. On Amazon. 👍
@@ShockTherapyllc THANK YOU!
Just received my kit with no instructions included. Will these measurements be the same for a 2019 General 4 base model?
Yes. They are the same. 👍
I don’t even own Polaris.
