having witnessed loopstation live, the basic differences are the loudness of bass and high frequencies, and some of the details that you can hear on video being a bit drowned in the mix 👍 apart from this we can hear a lot of stuff clearly live, don't worry too much

Every single video from gbb is mixed before release so it always differs from live experience. And most of hype rounds that are hitting on youtube sounded dirtier and harsh live. Thats the main judge point this year that is not so clear for us online viewers. But you can always comprehend and appreciate the quality and composition level of the winners in such battles. Keep up bro, you have your ears and analysis spot on all the time, much love❤

There is no elimination round this year because they only qualified 8 wildcards from loopstation by having 2 wildcard rounds.
The reason for the same being GBB 21 also included people who wanted to participate in GBB 20 but could not due to covid. Hence there were a lot of people to eliminate and they made it a grand event. This is back to the normalcy and hence no Elims for loopstation. (Though I agree Eliminations last year were better than most rounds this year, especially Bizkits, Sxin Christheodian and Dice's.)
