- Isn’t it fascinating how aging hits everyone so differently?
You know those moments when you are engaged in an activity, like hiking, team sports etc, and there is that one person in their 60’s-70’s not only performs as well but maybe even better than someone in their 40s. What is the secret there!?
Well, today, drawing from personal experiences and the examples of people I know, I'll share how you can live life to the fullest without letting age hold you back. And to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach I discuss in the video, I'll even reveal my current age and share my blood test results!

Be True to Thine Own Self
Im turning 40 in a couple of weeks and feel way healthier now than I did at 30! I'm actually excited to tell people my age because I don't look it and definitely don't act like it 😆 gym, nature walks, yoga (yin in particular) and leaving stressful jobs definitely helped. Oh and water, drinking lots of water 😁 only thing missing is my purpose so until I figure it out, I'm traveling 😎✈️
I recently heard about this book... Something about a purpose, or calling, for ENFPs... If only I could remember the title. Apparently its really awesome...

Emotional, heath, spiritual heath, empathy, authenticity and contributing to the health of other humans, other species and the planet are even more important than physical fitness and can actually transcend age. Having a sense of purpose, meaning and authentic connection to your Self, others and Nature. Too much ego, materialism and self obsession won't end well even if you live a long life.

I've always had friends in all ages. Now that I'm 70 I still do. A friend in his 50s recently told me out of nowhere that he felt like he was talking to someone his own age with me. For that matter last summer a guy younger than my son propositioned me, on two occasions - Flattered but not interested, but the point was that he even asked in the first place.
My last boss said I have a "youthful spirit." ENFP here.

I have a saying which allows me to enjoy always my birthday and make other people's birthdays enjoyable: I will stop being young when I turn 50, and I will be old when I turn 100.
Almost everyone I met until now always think I'm younger than I look, and I think a part of it is because of my joyful personality n_n I teach Japanese at 3 places including a middle-high school (in my country we don't have middle schools and high schools, it's just one thing), so I have some minimal responsabilities, but I enjoy much hobbies, such as studying languages, watching many kind of videos on CZcams (educative and/or entertaining), playing with LEGO bricks, etc. I need to do again some exercise, though, it's been a while I practiced fencing-like movements with my prop swords and umbrellas (weird exercise, maybe, but still it helps me).
About my job, I love teaching at a class, it's rare the times I feel such a mood of not wanting to do my job, and even in those instances, when I arrive to any of my workplaces, I'm again in high spirits. Definitely loving life and what you do helps you staying young.
By the way, comedian Jack Benny said he was 39 till the day he died. It was part of his schtick. Papers read “Dead at 39”. He was 80. He was working pretty much till the end. He had cancer. His best friend George Burns, lived to be more than 100.
