We aren’t dumb, we js choose that, we can use stairs or minecarts
it's genius yet so simple, huge props to XpenEnvy
I use cart most of time because I am lazy plus I like live in underground.
btw use chest minecarts to transport items and make a freight station, will be much more automated
Could you make a video about how you build/decorate the area around the cottage? eg forest around the house, rivers. There's always such a beautiful setting in your videos

Those are some very nice designs! I really need to build a minecart system for my mine in vanilla Java Minecraft sometime, since I’m doing this for the sole purpose of gaining traction on my YT channel.
I also plan on making videos just like yours except for the Better than Wolves mod, since that tends to be my favorite version of Minecraft and my favorite form of voxel sandbox game overall, given how it actually provides challenge while at the very same time allowing you to build real working wind mill and water mill systems!
In fact, it’s where I’ve finally figured out a direction for my channel, since up to that point, I just did random videos with less than 10 views on frequent occasions. I’m pretty sure this new direction will get me heaps of hits on CZcams, not to mention, quite some praise from friends and such!
And as for video requests, perhaps you could do a video on amusement park attractions and how to build them, like inverted roller coasters and a merry-go-round. I’m sure people like me would be proud of them, not to mention others.
My personal fav entrance was the first one. It looked amazing with its own texture
