@@techtoth1 this is just at Bar Cenisio and if you head to France, some meters further you can see a road going up the hill. There is no sign but it leads to the Lago d'Arpon. Keep in mind: there is a barrier/gate later on the track that prevents you to get to the Lac du Mont Cenis. You could pass it with a bike, but no cars, quads etc.
