I bet it would help. I'm Nutritarian and all of my hormone issues went away, but it took a few months of strict eating this way.

I live in LA and have tried all the vegan junk. It never lives up to the hype, in my experience. Don't recommend haha. The tea/coffee places are nice though. Have fun and be safe
