Your hand break problem could be your service break compensator I had that on mine

could be a low ampage even tho you have the 12 v might play with fuse clean up conection there might be that or the earth bud

You need 3 clicks hard on, in my opinion, you need to get someone who knows what they are doing, as you come across as your not sure what you are doing, the headlamp has a bad earth, or earth strap needs a good clean contact.

Haha thanks he’s on holiday until the 15th I spoke to Simon Yesterday, looks like the back steel pipe isn’t made anymore either so I’ll just get a repair kit for that too I think. :)
