Last time I was in Wal-Mart the employees were really pissed off that I had a question for them. Two of us had to ask the girl like six times before she even understood our question which was just something like "do you have any of these in stock?". I don't know if it was an English problem or an attitude problem or an IQ problem, or all of the above... all of the above, I think...
I don't know why they hire people that can't/won't communicate with customers for jobs that require interfacing with customers....
I'm well aware that there are annoying customers, but "do you have this?" is pretty basic, I think? They had a display, but no stock we could get to.
When I worked retail, I LOVED resellers. They'd come and clear away all our old stock. Saved me a ton of work.

Literally the whole reason they mark it down is to get it out of the store. Any employee refusing to sell anything no matter the price is an idiot. I mark things down because I do not want it taking up any more space in the store . Every facing or shelf space is valuable retail that could be making money with other items.

I think it is especially helpful when the employee doesn't know that much about the item. I like to sew and love it when I got the guy working computers to help cut fabric. He was generous and helpful. Sometimes the regular employees think you are stealing if the price is too good.

That was a nice employee. So far, I haven't encountered those nice employees. The ones I have encountered are those who get upset about buying up walmart's clearance sections. 🤣

@Susan Anderson I'm like I'm doing the store a favor and cleaning out what your daily customers don't want. It's worth it, waking up, and checking that you are selling something that people aren't too crazy for it but sold for a nice profit. While sleeping.

I find it funny how the security employees ask me questions when I buy tons of unmarked clearance, too. One chased me down last week on my way out with a baby and receipt in hand. I get it though. Lol
I'm fine cooperating with policies that make it harder for shoplifters to succeed. That's the only reason they ask for your receipt.

I have 9 Walmarts in my hometown and dozens of Walmarts in surrounding areas and I check on a weekly basis and we NEVER have these cheap games at any of our stores I'm so jealous lol good score man

The problem with Walmart is they’re not consistent from employee to employee with clearance items. I’ve both bought and been denied buying .03 games at my local store.

Love your videos! Just recently heard of your channel and been watching for a few days. Awesome content! My son and I collect/flip comic books, sport cards, pokemon, stamps, etc.... and I couldn't wait to try ur system at my local Walmart. I have the Walmart app, and found over a dozen of the exact games that you were showing u got amazing deals with, but none of them had the discount. Only 2 or 3 games even had a different price after scanning w my phone, and the discount was only $5-$10 on a $60 game. Could I be doing anything wrong?! I picked the exact titles that u did and scanned w my Walmart app.... but it just seemed not to work for me. Could I be doing something wrong? I just didnt know who to ask, but you. Be SURE the Walmart app properly identifies your store location when you start it, otherwise it won't show in-store clearance prices. It's been getting worse and worse in the past year. Sometimes I have to swipe it off the open apps list and reopen it to get it to recognize what store I'm in. When it does, it shows a mostly-blue screen with three large icons for scanning, etc. When it doesn't, it shows some promoted items in the center with a white background.

Youre gunna sit on those forever and paid 3 cents for some of them. i realize that cuts into the profit but sometimes giving back when you score that hard is the right thing to do , she clearly was wanting games for her kids.
i too missed out on one i saw one and went to grab a cart because my hands were full and it was gone by the time i got back

Yes, the Amazon seller app is for seller accounts.
I've found the walmart app says item not available a lot when the item is right there and my local Wal-Mart has removed all price check scanners from the store. I hate going there now.

How do you scan them with the crappy walmart app? Scan and Go doesn't allow items that need to be unlocked. And the normal scanner allways comes up normal price.

Since your a CPA I have a questions. Say you are a part-time reseller and your profits are your salary, how do you show that you pay yourself with your profits?? Also, wouldn't it be hard to say you made a profit if you had to pay yourself to work?

It’s cuz the managers want to make their sale Quota so they mark stuff down . They don’t care that Walmart loses money aslong as they met their sale numbers

@@aironwhite6533 yes, you pay for it and are able to print your labels. Amazon does offer programs that can give you free shipping for your 1st 50 boxes etc. They email you and you apply. That's the program I am in.

You pay to ship them to amazon and amazon pays you when the item sells and it’s shipped to the customer

He tells NO ONE his ACTUAL location. But I know from personal experience not every Walmart has the same items.
So, the other half likes some of the golden oldies DVDs for personal watching. If they cost less, it just means he can buy more. A while ago, he came across some "super cheap ", I'll assume $.03 types, and they refused to sell them.

You should picked up the Victrola Eastwood record player for $50. it is ranked #305 in audio and the cheapest one out of 3 sellers is $199. Every time I send those in FBA, it all sells that same day once it is active. Great find with the games. The electronics manager seems like a hoarder since other Walmarts have discounted them a long time ago.
