Back in the day bonesaw got de-ironed for trading stuff from mains to shops to his iron but I think it was more because the gamemode was very competitive when it first came out
Yeah, I thought about this/remembered it. Think the reality is just it's not as competitive as there's not really any more "firsts" - and integrity isnt really the same as it was 8years ago
They also have had plenty of time to patch it. It's not a new method

I remember using this onyx bolt tip strat for league. I got so many double death runes getting 50m rc task. I needed so much money for the Crystal Crown. Converting it got me most of the money.
Leagues was even nicer cause infinite stock, more annoying on maingame since price changes with stock but still good regardless!

I heard one alt is roughly 80k/h craft/con if you do it right. Especially if you're broke sounds like it could be worth. Up to you based on those rates

Is it never worth it to just sell your alchables to the Martin's general store in Burthorpe? You can sell 27 different items per world in a few ticks, and then hop worlds.
Alching takes 0 ticks and no time spent hopping

1M rc xp with daeyalt ess is less total essence than 1M rc xp with pure essence.
So using pure essence for 1M rc xp gives more runes than using daeyalt for 1M xp
