The Touch Screen of XPS 9310 is not working. The Laptop is Factory Reseted also.
Can the ribbon connector be loose? Do you have video to solve this issue?

Buyer beware! The ssd hdd is soldered to the motherboard! So no upgrades when you need more space. Also beware that there is another laptop with the same model number (not a 2in1) that allows hhd replacement. So don't do what i did and think you can replace it based on videos showing this.. there are 2 9310s. Dell, please DON'T GIVE DIFFERENT LAPTOPS THE SAME MODEL NUMBER! That's the point of model numbers...
