One thing most people don't realize is that Gatorade is made for when you are burning calories. That is why it is necessary to have 200-300 calories per bottle along with sugars, carbohydrates, and certain "easily burnable" fats, which are all short term/replenishing electrolytes. Prime has little calories but the reason why it has an unmatched flavor is because there are certain artificial sweeteners and sugars that aren't required to be disclosed in the nutrition facts by the U.S. FDA. Prime is a better option to be a drink from an athlete BEFORE a workout so they can get a "jump start" on hydration vs. Gatorade which is better during/after a workout. Prime is also way better to drink when driving or sitting on a couch when you aren't burning calories. I apologize for the paragraph but if you read this thanks for reading!😀
