I'm trying really hard to get an answer to this; I know she isn't a rate up anymore, but is she still in spark store? Or elsewhere? I don't want to never get W, I started in September of this year >.

@@narius_jaden215 yeah she's still sparkable, its just she doesn't have the 5x chance compared to other off-banners anymore. she's still technically pullable like Kyo did here, but you have the same chance of pulling any other specific off-banner 6-star. the chance of pulling her now upon getting a 6-star is approximately 0.3 x 1/60 = 0.5% .
don't know the exact number of off-rate 6-stars but it should be somewhere around 60 if you subtract the 2 rateups, the limiteds that aren't available in this banner, and the few welfare 6-stars (subtract them from the pool of all 6-stars in the game) but add the additional chance for the 3 'rate up' off-banners should make it the equivalent of at least 60 available off banners, of which W is just 1.
@@narius_jaden215 Spark store comes when theres a limited banner, and in global servers she'll be in Spectre Alter's banner and in the limited banner shop in a couple days. Its pretty likely youll have to do 300 pulls to buy her from the shop since off-banner limiteds are very rare. Also you can't save the limited banner currency for another banner, so you have to spend them there or they get converted to material shop currency.

7 million LMD not that bad actually.. I started playing at Invitation to Wine and I have 3 million LMD.. just not focusing to E2 every single operator, only the 6 stars - for 4-5 star characters, E1 max is enough for me :D
Power farm using the base and don't spend wastefully, sanity dump on LMD run mission when nothing better to do..
@@theSato I’ve been playing since obsidian festival rerun, I’ve hit 3 mil somewhat recently but started max leveling many of my 4 and 5 stars, and am broke again. I haven’t ran CE-5 in a long time, I just farm resources for masteries and e2 while my base generates my lmd and xp.
i have 40 millions lmd and 550 po atm, you'll have a lot of lmd if you only raise OPs you need to use

I ask all this because I'm probably gonna spark Skadi in specter's banner and I don't wanna never get W xD.
She is still limited. None of the limited operators have become standard so far. There is a chance to pull past limited operators in another limited banner, after sometime. So far, you can pull Nian, Dusk and in this upcoming banner, Skadi Alter and W. Next limited one in January forward will have Chen Alter. Although the chances are rare, it comes down to luck. I remember someone who said they pulled Nian and Dusk in the past limited banner under 150 pulls.

I started in September myself, 40 pulls isn't too much to worry about yet friend! The rate is about 2 percent and it goes up by 2 every pull after 50 so you should be seeing more in the future xP.
Hope you get Specter Alter, there gonna be a lot of pulls so you can maybe get your second 6 star

Well if you're asking the technical question it's cause pulls go by faster cause the CN text for the Ops are super fast.
But I'm thinking is because you don't know, he's playing on the main CN server where the events between Global servers are like 6 months apart.
Moreover, Kyo is actually Chinese descent living in Italy
So there's nothing wrong with embracing your ancestors' cultures.
Kyo has defensive regen skill so he had to let the game beat him a little bit on this one before the skip skill could have an effect again.
Also, man, I wish I could get Texalter Skadi and W too, thats was lucky even tho they were full pot lol
