UIU MARS ROVER TEAM | YGGDRASIL | URC SAR 2024

An immortal epic titled "Bangladesh" began its journey on March 25th. It traces the path to independence through milestones like the Language Movement of 1952, the Six Point Demand of 1966, the Mass Uprising of 1969, and the historic declaration on March 7th. Amidst a nine-month-long struggle, the Bengalis hoisted the flag of red and green, symbolizing the victory for independence.
In this month of independence, we dedicate our System Acceptance Review to the freedom fighters of Bangladesh.
For the System Acceptance Review of URC 2024, we present "YGGDRASIL", the latest addition to the UIU Mars Rover prototype by the UIU Mars Rover Team, United International University, Bangladesh. YGGDRASIL is capable of extreme terrain traversal, autonomous navigation, and detecting the presence of life in soil samples. We developed a multi-copter autonomous aerial vehicle, ICARUS, to accompany YGGDRASIL on the Extreme Delivery Mission.
