  • Coffee Enemas drastically changed my life. I used to be bedridden with severe Crohn's Disease and extremely constipated. After introducing daily coffee enemas into my life along with Juicing and a living food diet, my body started healing and I ended up regaining my life.
    In this video you will learn exactly how to do a coffee enema and all the things in between.

    I love coffee enemas for detoxing and for the health benefits. I have been doing coffee enemas since 1995.

    Along with some organic coffee, I also use a little bit of pink himilayan salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and Chaga mushroom tincture, and you can also add a few drops of some wormwood tincture. And also you can use a few drops of black walnut tincture, and a drop of clove essential oil in with the mix. Also after the coffee cleanse use a purified water just to flush the rest.

    Best enema video I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen a LOT. Efficient, informative, funny (you’ll turn into a dog was hilarious 🤣) loved the music and the candid face expressions. You’re the best thanks dude!

      I haven’t done an enema in so many months I can’t remember because I was so bad at them I gave up. Your video last night inspired me to give it another try because you made it seem so easy. I just did it following your instructions and it was so easy! Success! No mess! I’ve been so bloated and constipated lately it’s been making it hard to stay on my juices, I keep eating salads thinking maybe I need fiber for peristalsis but even that wasn’t working. Coffee enema just fixed it I feel so much better already and I’m still sitting on the toilet writing this🤣🤣🤣 thank you 🙏 thank you for sharing your experience too about how you were so bloated you had to dry fast, I was getting to that point and getting worried. Been having trouble peeing lately even though I drink about a gallon of juice a day. I’m on the right track now, back on the path to wellness again thanks Jeff you’re the best 👏👏👏

    Always do this after you have cleaned your colon first, so I would say do a regular water enema after you went to the bathroom naturally.. so you can release anything left inside. Then after your colon is clean from any heavy waste , go down with the coffee enemas! I should change the type of coffee I’m using actually! Thanks for showing exactly the variety you use! Great video!

    I highly recommend using binders before and after the enema to help mop up any toxins that are being released. By far the best binders are the ones from Microbe Formulas/Cellcore. Game changer! And using green coffee such as Wilson's really helps not to overstimulate the adrenals, while it is actually also more detoxofying and less acidic!

    How often should I do this? I’ve done the water one and still feel my bowels aren’t regular and I’ve been eating better than I have in years.

    You have really been through hell. So inspiring to hear how you took charge of your health and beat this evil system we live in. It's really frightening when you first realize how badly we are being poisoned and how the "healthcare" system is designed to not actually help you at all.

    Ayeeee, we got the same enema kit 😂 cheers
    If I had colon issues/pain before I started healing, should I avoid coffee enemas until I know I’m fully healed? I didn’t have the money for dr checkups but was having severe constipation, colon pain upon bowel movement, and sharp colon pain when I’d eat fibrous foods, drink wine, or coffee. Scared that coffee will aggravate it while it’s nearly healed. Any input? Perhaps just stick to occasional water enemas for a few more months?

    • @jeffjuices
      @jeffjuices  Před 3 lety +1

      if you have open wounds in your colon I would say do not use coffee, but if you just have inflammation of the bowel then I think it will be ok.

      Jeff Juices thanks for the input/insight!! I’ll stay away until I feel comfortable trying it.👍🏻 better to play it safe given my lack of funds for medical treatment if shit with south.
      Why do you lay on your right when google says lay in your left? I’m way more apt to listen to you as google and conventional wisdom tends to steer wrong every time lol.. but am curious why. My method was laying on left, then on back while holding my butt up to let it travel into upper part of large intestines, then lay in right then hold for 10-15 minutes before dropping mad deuce

    I have a Colema Board and I've done colonics for years. My bucket holds 5 gallons of water. What ratio of coffee to water would you recommend for colonics?
    Honestly ... never thought about doing a colonic on my really off days. Makes sense though since I've never been able to move through those days very gracefully. I'm usually down for the day with no energy to do much of anything.

    • @evanh.6462
      @evanh.6462 Před 3 lety

      You’ve had off days continuing for years? Can you eliminate foods that induce off days? Do you have a chronic ailment that isn’t healable? Also, don’t you worry about cleaning out beneficial bacteria from doing colonics too often?

    • @noelcannon1234
      @noelcannon1234 Před 3 lety

      @@evanh.6462 I've been on a predominately raw, plant-based diet for a little over two years. I'm also navigating menopause. I do not have a chronic ailment other than listening to my body and honoring what feels good when I put it in and what does not. There are still a few food items that I'm in the process of eliminating but I have my days.
      As for doing colonics ... it's been probably about a year since I last used my board. It's quite a project to get it all set up and then cleaned up and so ... I put it to rest for awhile. As for beneficial bacteria ... I've never given it much thought.
      I gotta tell ya though ... doing a colonic can be very refreshing.

    • @evanh.6462
      @evanh.6462 Před 3 lety

      Graceful Odyssey okay, interesting. I’m personally not partial to raw veganism but I won’t impede on your nutritional beliefs. There’s so much conflicting info out there so no sense in trying to force rhetoric down another’s throat. You’ll find what works best for you! I tried mostly raw veganism and it didn’t do me too well.. though it did make me feel much much better as a transition from SAD originally.
      Okay, glad to hear you aren’t overdoing colonics! I don’t know enough about it.. I just partake in a few microbiome forums and have seen people voice concerns of using enema too often and it’s negative effects on beneficial bacteria population. I know there are plenty of redeeming qualities too too much of any anecdote is a poison. Goodluck to you!!

    I will order my kit this Friday. I’m not gonna lie, I am pretty scared to start it. I read that you can start with using water instead of coffee for beginners? I’m just afraid of die-off symptoms or being nauseous. And once you insert it into you, won’t the water start pouring out uncontrollably? I’m sorry if it’s a stupid question I know we have to hold it. I’m just so scared to try it but I really really want to.

    • @jeffjuices
      @jeffjuices  Před 3 lety

      yes you can use water too start. die off symptoms? and no the water does not rush into you, it goes slowly. if you hold the bucked 5 feet above you then it will go super fast, you can control the flow with the valve and how high up you put the bucket. its very easy you just have to try it.
