I am actually on day 5 of my starter and had to put it back, without feeding, for another day b/c I’m not sure it was right (cold room), so we’ll see. Anyway, I digress, your artistry is amazing! I’m new to your channel & fairly new to baking sourdough bread. I use my bread machines & the stove, but I’ve always admired the artistic designs on bread! Loved your first video it was so helpful. It is often the little things such as no need to hurry and how much flour you used. I did go a little wrong with my cuts but enjoyed my sunday morning bake. Thank you so much 👩🍳😊

For your first video you did a great job! I’ve been making sourdough for many years and I still have difficulty scoring. The lame drags a lot! I usually use 70-75% hydration and white bread flour

I just made my first sourdough loaf using your scoring design!
I am really proud for my first try! I didn’t have a razor blade. So, I used a sharp paring knife, and the cuts are not as detailed, and it is not a perfect circle, but that’s OK! I am super proud 😁🥳Thank you for your beautiful work! I look forward to seeing more of your artistic designs! They are sensational!

This video takes my breath away. Such a beautiful work of art! And it’s edible art!!! When you pressed on it and I heard that crackle I wanted to taste it so badly.
I stumbled across this by accident, glad I did. I have made bread many times before just not recently, and never artistically scored the bread, never thought to, but now I am going to give it a shot. Thanks for a great video!
