Gujrat govt giving lots of benefits to investors; so they are coming. Nobody stops eastern states to present similar kind of offers. But fact is that they can't do that. Neither they have adequate infrastructure or intention to curtail freebies.
Apart from that, there are dozens of factors which investors are looking at before finalizing any location. Logistic cost & overall manufacturing cost are few of those factors.
Companies aren't going to take burden on thier balance sheet or want to lose market share in respective sectors because of excessive finished good pricing.
