- One year on (or very nearly so…) from our just totally bonkers 30th anniversary blowout, Sub Pop presents a selection of live performances, recorded by KEXP at SPF30, Sub Pop’s 30th Anniversary Festival, on August 11, 2018.
Special thanks to Wolf Parade, KEXP, all the bands who performed, and all the people who showed up at Alki Beach in West Seattle to help celebrate with us and who made SPF30 so incredible.
A full list of the artists who played SPF30 is available here: spf30.subpop.com/

#SubPop #SPF30 #WolfParade - Hudba
Apologies to the Queen Mary was one of those rare "perfect records". I loved it from end to end.
MrKneller I’ll still be listening to this album when I’m old and grey.
Agreed! One of my top 10 debut albums of all time
Agreed! I was dating a girl from Montreal around the time i discovered Wolf Parade.
It's bittersweet hearing their music these days. Time flies.
Live your best life today because there's never a guarantee for tomorrow.
@@peterdanielmanMe as well. I’ll never forget where I was when I heard this album for the first time. It was a good time:)
Couldn't agree more
This is one of the best songs in the world ever.
This will forever be the best song that ever came out of Canada. 🍁
the song that changed everything
The day I discovered wolf parade was a very good day 🤍
Takes me back to when you could only afford one cd a month and you were willing to play it a few times to get into it
If they still are a band, go see them. Truly lifechanging. Saw them in Dallas, client loved them so I got some tickets. Opening show was Wintersleep, mind boggling talented as well. Don't forget eighter of these band ever!
Wintersleep is such an underrated band!
I need to be surrounded by people hipster shuffling again.
Arlen is a seriously underrated drummer, keeping that polyrhythm going TIGHT! 😤
what's the polyrhythm at the start? :o i'm a drummer and having trouble identifying it despite it being easy to play by feel. 4:3?
I’ve been listening to this on repeat for a few days now. God I can’t believe I ever forgot about this band.
The best live performance of this song.good quality video
I am so grateful these guys came and played here in Newfoundland once. I sure hope they come back!
Absolutely amazing.
Love this song more than any song.
Tickles me how the camera man doesn't know where to focus with Spencer leading stage left.
holy shit this is absolutely fantastic..
I heard this song on the first episode of Drop out based on Elizabeth Holmes last night and had to search the whole song. Love it from Southern California.
Damn that was epic
This shit hits home...Great live performance
Just found this version, and I thought my favorite was the Sunset Rubdown version... this is wow.
Can’t wait to see them next May!!😬
Saaaaame! I'm trying to get this record signed 😭
I believe in anything!
I only know this song from Kerri Kasem Kpod from several years ago. Love that woman and I loved her dad's top 40 work for many many years
I fucking love this song! ❤
Damn Spencer doesn’t sound like he aged a day
Featuring Anton Chigurh on guitar
Oh my god....
I'm fairly certain that the guitar dude on the far right is Anton Chigurh from No Country for Old Men. But i could be mistaken.
miss the iconic electronic riff :(
can someone explain the lyrics to me pls?
not self explanatory no assumptions from the title anything
Nobody knows you and nobody gives a damn.
I had no idea Seth McFarlane and Javier Bardem were in a band together.
This is my "hipster" band. No one knows them but I fucking love them and this song. I could ask anyone who Wolf Parade is and I feel superior that they have no idea who they are. Good for me, bad for the band.
Puta quel pariu,sub pop... :/
PyramidHead4 sonzera!!! 🇧🇷
Sounds like a cheap version of Modest Mouse. 👎🏼
Modest who?
Funny. It was Issac Brock, of Modest Mouse, who signed them to Sub-Pop.
Okay, Chadwick.
Chad Edwards lol
Dont get me wrong, I love modest mouse, but they are a one trick pony. They are good at what they do. The Lonesome Crowded West is a great album and Trailer Trash is my favorite Modest Mouse song, but Apologies to the Queen Mary is a woefully slept on album and the combination of 2 singer/songwriters works perfectly on the album
