Everybody please Itsumi is not the 2nd richest student at akademi just because you kidnap her you get 6000. Ritsuko is the 2nd richest student at akademi in all timeline (1st in 1980s mode) because she is the heiress of Chikanari Heavy Industries, an industry that develops materials needed to make saikou corp's productions, and that makes her 2nd richest, not itsumi

Info Chan seems to be running a dark business, she is like an evil genius with the influence of power over many things. She hacks people, she knows all of their secrets and probably has more people than ayano working for her. I don't think she would have gotten so many expensive things and favors for Ayano out of nowhere if she wasn't rich in some way.
