Trying to remember the moves after years away from it. Struggled with the front view. This back view is perfect. Thanks so much.

Thank you for this! I've been away from Tai Chi for several years and couldn't remember the set. Seeing it from the back and all one angle is very helpful.

This Back view is exactly what I needed to help me practice as a beginner. I can do the first 17 moves perfectly. I needed this back view to move forward. Thank you.

Thank you for doing a silent set. I really appreciate your excellent form without the need to explain anything. This will really help my independent work on memorizing and really deepening my set.

Absolutely wonderful! I’m so glad I finally found you- it’s been 30 years and I’m finally coming back around due to injuries and although I barely remember the set it felt WONDERFUL following along! It’s interesting to feel how much more of a challenge it is now that I’m older. THANK YOU.

I like this! I know it's fast, but, it helps review the moves mentally while watching online. While actually doing, you can slow it down, or speed it up or stop it all together, while you practice. Love it! Thanks!

Moi used to say Tai chi is slow but not slow motion... just as you say sometimes faster sometimes slower he was always changing it up. Fun to remember. Especially with the instructor in this video, so good

Trop vite. L'exécution serait plus appréciée pour une débutante en mouvement plus lent.

Too fast - no one does it like that! It doesn't do any good to people trying to learn, it's only you lshowing off

I disagree. Because that's how I learned the set... and I especially love the no talking element of this video.
