As artists, how does it feel to have songs like “Scream” and “Boca” that take on a more serious subject matter especially relevant to today’s society? I’ve noticed that some members have boldly confronted bad comments about them (on vlive app) by reporting them or directly telling them to stop, and I want to commend them for that.

what Raffi said was interesting because part of me thinks this song's chorus kind of depended on the expectations of the audience that was already familiar with dreamcatcher's sound. for most other pop artists, that chorus would be the shock factor. however, in dreamcatcher's case, the electric guitar is practically the constant while everything else is the variable because the verses' heavier hip hop influence isnt something common from them. for him, its the one thing that doesnt quite fit but for fans, we hear it and think "here's what we were waiting for!"
That's exactly what I was thinking! People familiar with their stuff go in expecting the rock sound, but everyone else wont so the whole experience/reaction is different

Definitely agree with the complementing sounds, it's something Dreamcatcher has always done since debut, not just with sounds in the music, but the lyrics, the choreo, the way Dreamcatcher presents themselves both in real life, and in their special MV universe/s, even the way they interact with their fans. The entire message of Dreamcatcher as a whole has always felt very 'complementary' to me, and I think this is why such a bold, unconventional group is so successful at what they do, everything seems so perfect because everything complements eachother.

OHMYGOD I'VE NEVER BEEN THIS EARLY FOR MY GIRLS
-Aaw Owen remembered Scream MV. I didn't quite get the swirling graphic over Owen at first but then he commented about the bass drone part during rapline's verses and I got it. Smart editing lmaoo
-I never thought of it before but what Stephanie said about the Lion King thing made sense 😭
-The run between Siyeon's belt towards the end was done by Yoohyeon and I agree that it was totally a smart production choice that it turned out that sharp.
-Raffi and Sam pointing out the emphasis on "where is the love!!" was interesting. Because it was: (1) a clear belt, (2) a memorable catchphrase in the middle of instrumental heavy chorus, (3) an English sentence, and (4) part of the fanchant.
The fact that I'm STILL listening to this song everyday since release (even today), and never noticed the guitar riff build ups in the background at 4:18 until they pointed it out is ridiculous! 😭 THIS is why I love this channel, my dumbass never pays attention to stuff and misses cool details like this. And I just love their reactions haha! Great video like always~

Mine too. I recall that DC did some work on stage with a band present. I saw a fan cam of it. I am not sure what happened to the clip, though. It was shortly after debut. Mayday is my favorite concept video even ahead of Sahara.
I saw too much repetitive questions from their other interviews on yt different channels in this comment section. Like what the 'hardest dance', 'fav song/album/food', 'type','why don't do cute concepts/next concepts' and so on that is generic which is they already answer it many times. Even i remember what their answers is lol. hope UmU know what questions is different and interesting. The intro is such a surprise! It's nice when the reactors breaking down what's making Boca interesting. First time I'm listening to it I found it addictive (especially Dami's part which hooked me) and interesting but I don't know how to describe it. A great example of belting high notes without losing power or becoming airy is Brad Delp's vocals on More Than A Feeling by Boston.
omfg, that guy at 09:22 still remember the 1 note of the bass from 1 part (after only watch the video once) and in one try guessing the right note on the piano. Maybe it was expected for a musician or student of music, but still it's amazing for me.
